Who Are You: We are Oriole Brazil a truely international group of musicians living in Denmark, Brazil and the UK. Teco Cardoso: all saxes, flutes and Brazilian Indian bamboo flutes One of the most creative Brazilian soloists/multi-instrumentalist of all time Teco Cardoso was born in the city of São Paulo, whose cosmopolitan flavors can be felt in his music. Thomas Clausen: Piano, Has performed and/or recorded with: Miles Davis, Gary Burton, Dexter Gordon, Thad Jones, Elvin Jones, Niels Henning Ørsted Pedersen, Ben Webster, Dizzy Gillespie, Joe Henderson, Toots Thielemans, Roy Haynes, Johnny Griffin, Stan Getz, Chet Baker, Lee Konitz, Staley Turrentine, Bob Brookmeyer and many others. Thomas is also a well respected classical composer. Sebastian Rochford - Drums, A deeply creative drummer and composer. Seb has worked with Julia Biel, Julian Joseph, Oriole, Andy Shepherd, Christine Tobim, Phil Robson, Stan Stracey, Acoustic Ladyland, Bobby Wellins, Mike Westbrook, Mark Rebot And Yoko Ono and many more. Jonny Phillips - Acoustic Guitar, Jonny was born at the end of deserted moorland in the north of England. His first instrument was violin and then guitar. Also a guitarist and co-composer for Julia Biel and guitarist for The Soothsayers. He is a member of the F-IRE Collective. Ben Davis - Cello, Ben studied at the guildhall school of music and the Banth School of Arts with Dave Holland. He has since pursued a varied career including classical, pop, early music and jazz. Ben is one of the few improvisers on the instrument and also a prolific composer and arranger.
