Who Are You?
Goatorcycle formed in 2005 with ex
members of punk outfit Sharia Law and hardcore metallers Exit Wound.
The current line up is Kev Cregan (bass/vocals) Mike Bevan
(guitar/vocals) & Guy Rowswell (drums). 2 of us are from Martock in
deepest south Somerset, the other is from Bristol.
Why should we come and see you?
Because it's a 200 mile round trip
from Martock and some bugger had better show up!! Seriously though,
we're recording our new cd in September (Crazy Roller Disco Party)
and the 2 Pigs will be our first live show thereafter so come on
down, get drunk with us and grab yourself a copy.
Oh....and word has it we're pretty damn good live. Apparently
For Fans of / Sounds Like…
Er..well...in the past we've
been 'accused' of sounding like Offspring, Dirty Rotten Imbeciles,
Electro Hippies and Pennywise - which is flattering AND annoying!
When it comes to influences Kev & Mike love bands like Minor Threat,
NOFX, ACDC, Crumbsuckers, Dead Kennedys, ABBA, SOAD, Subhumans etc.
Guy's prefers sonic decapitation via a million different
death/hardcore/thrash metal bands - think Municipal Waste are top of
his list at the moment.
On the gig circuit it's bands like Far-Cue, Hacksaw, 2 Sick Monkeys,
The Cunts, Shrapnel Suntan and The Lobotomies that really float our
rusty old punk boats.
