Cheltenham Bands Wanted for New CD
George Moorey (the hard working
fella behind Wired at the Guidlhall) has launched a new project with
Cheltenham Borough Council's Arts Development team. The idea
is to collate 12 to 15 quality original tracks by Cheltenham based
bands and recording artists onto a CD with an associated website so
that it can be used to promote the grass roots music scene in the
town and demonstrate the health and talent of the those making
music.
Submissions are being taken now and
bands under the following criteria:
- The band or artist must be Cheltenham based
- The track must be original
- The track should be supplied uncompressed (not an mp3) on a
CD
- A hi-res promo photo should be supplied as well
